Transition coaching for your prospective resident’s family:
$ 500/three (3) coaching sessions
The Transition Coaching includes:
Education on the benefits of assisted living for their family member with memory impairment
Education: an overview of Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders
Skill building session so family can respond positively to new and challenging behaviors
Pre and Post move supportive coaching session
Coaching in ‘How to have a Good Visit’ and partner with staff
Family Educational Support Groups:
$ 300.00 per 1½ hour group
Staff Educational Support Groups:
$ 300.00 per 1½ hour group
