Home Caregiver Telephone Coaching support for successful management of behavior challenges

This supportive care coaching includes:

Initial 1/-1 hour face to face coaching session with the aide (family may be included to build team spirit)
Regular coach check in calls by phone
An on call coach when a need arises for expert advice (minimum of 15 minutes)
On the Fly Reference Guide for the Homecare Worker
‘Most common behavior challenges in Alzheimer care’ (12 page booklet for instant information for the homecare worker)

Cost: $ 150.00 for Reference Guide (may be photocopied at your agency for each homecare client
$ 100.00 per hour telephone coaching (may be used in 15 minute increments)
