In-Home Family Coaching StilMee Alzheimer Dementia Coaching

Specially trained experienced professionals teach effective strategies to enhance quality of daily life for the caregiver and the family member with Alzheimer’s or related memory disorder.

Start Up Coaching package: $ 450.00

Three (3) 1 ½ hour in home evaluation and coaching sessions
Or
One (1) 1 ½ hour in home evaluation and two (2) one (1) hour coaching sessions $ 350.00

Both packages include a written personalized care plan addressing your caregiving challenges and check in coach calls between visits.

Supportive Coaching package: $ 500.00

Five (5) one hour coaching sessions
Four (4) ¼ hour telephone coaching sessions

The coaching visits may be used as needed or serve as review and coaching support for family members and other helpers who were not at the Start Up Coaching sessions.

Follow up Coaching package: $ 225.00

Two (2) one hour coaching sessions
Four (4) one quarter hour telephone coaching sessions
Must have completed the Start Up Coaching sessions

** Individual coaching visits may be purchased for $ 150.00 (1½ hours)

When coaching packages are prepaid a copy of Matters of the Mind...and the Heart by Beverly Moore RN, CS, will be included for free.

Our service territory for in home coaching is eastern Massachusetts and northeastern Rhode Island. We are expanding our service in the near future ( late 2010) to southern New Hampshire and Maine to Portland.
